The 'final' sequences aren't really finished in my opinion. I wanted to clean up the lines more and add some more frames to smooth out the choppy bits, but I wasn't able to do it in time. Oh well. I think I'll keep working on them though. I'd like to see them all finished and pretty.
So here they are, in all their unfinished glory:
And now here's some more progress work that I haven't uploaded yet:
I did these little sketches based on a video I took of myself to help me animate the part in the first sequence where he pushes away from the table. I also took other reference videos of myself, but I'm not going to upload them here.
In the second sequence, the character from the first sequence makes an appearance, but it's not really clear that it's the first character. Alan suggested maybe I give the first guy a bowtie so we know it's him. This is me trying that out, but I didn't really have enough time to properly put the bowtie on him through the whole video, so I left it out. That's not to say the bowtie won't come back if I finish up the animations, I'll have to see how it all looks.
I think that's it for now. :)
Wow, absolutely love both of your sequences and that you managed to tie them together in such a funny way :D The movement is timed so well, very easy to follow what is happening and I'm super impressed with how much you managed to do in such a short amount of time! May I ask what programme are you using for animating? Cheers, Silvana :)
ReplyDeleteHi Silvana! Sorry, I didn't see this comment until now! But thank you so much, you're so nice!
